Where Education Meets Industry and Opportunity Takes Shape

The UCA Innovation Campus connects employers, talent and technology in the heart of Central Arkansas
What if your next workforce solution was just down the hall? The University of Central Arkansas Innovation Campus is creating a new model for connecting higher education and industry — bringing students, employers, technology and applied learning together in one collaborative environment.
Located less than 30 minutes from downtown Little Rock in The Meadows Technology Park in Conway, Arkansas, the Innovation Campus is a public-private partnership between UCA and the Conway Development Corporation (CDC), a nonprofit dedicated to economic development in the community.
Business Can Locate Alongside the Talent They Need
This unique partnership allows regional employers to occupy remaining space and directly connect with students and faculty in UCA’s College of Science and Engineering, and College of Business. With laboratories, classrooms and project spaces all under one roof, companies can develop internships, collaborate on new ideas and build relationships with future employees.

A Workforce Strategy Built Around Connection
Arkansas employers need skilled talent, particularly in engineering, technology and other fields shaped by rapid advances in artificial intelligence, automation and advanced manufacturing. The Innovation Campus is designed to help close that gap.
UCA is changing how students learn in the new facility. Integrated laboratory and classroom experiences — including the University of Arkansas Community College at Morrilton’s workforce development bay and the UCA Fabrication Laboratory (FabLab) — will put project work and teamwork at the center of instruction, helping students develop necessary skills before they graduate.

Built for Collaboration, Designed for Growth
Companies can explore available commercial space and customize build-outs to meet their needs — whether that means offices for a growing technology company, space for an engineering team, a collaborative research environment or a regional presence for an established employer. There are currently office spaces ranging from 8,000 up to 34,000 square feet available for lease. Dining and fitness amenities are on-site. The Meadows Technology Park also offers covenant-protected office sites for greenfield development.
The CDC and its partners can also help businesses explore potential state and local incentives and other resources for locating and expanding within the Innovation Campus or Meadows Technology Park.
Conway is Ready for What’s Next
Conway has built a reputation as a place where education, business and quality of life intersect. The UCA Innovation Campus adds another dimension to that economic-development story: a long-term investment in Central Arkansas’s workforce and economic future.
The CDC’s partnership in the Innovation Campus brings together the physical space and infrastructure businesses need with the talent and educational resources they need to grow.
For UCA, the mission is equally straightforward: prepare students for meaningful careers while strengthening the workforce that powers Arkansas. The opportunity is here. The talent is here. Let’s build what’s next.
