At Home Workouts
These are no equipment required at-home workouts. Below are the descriptions of each level of difficulty for the following programs.
Beginner Workouts
These workouts are designed for people who have low training experience or who have not worked out in the past 6 months.
Intermediate Workouts
These workouts are designed for people who have basic training experience and have worked out in the past 3 months.
Advanced Workout
These workouts are designed for people who have advanced training knowledge and experience. These people have maintained a constant workout routine, at least 2-3 times a week.
