Bicycle Return and Use Policy

All customers must wait until the following day, after the return date, before their next bicycle use.

General Policy

• Gear is available to check-out for current students, faculty, and staff at no charge. Gear may be checked out for daily or over-night usage. The Gear Locker is located in Southeast corner of the HPER Center.
• A list of gear to be checked out and replacement cost for damaged or lost gear is available at the Campus Recreation office or at Campus Outdoors.
• Current student, faculty or staff ID is required to check out any gear.

Check-Out Policy

• Gear may be checked out for a maximum of (7) days.
• Return gear on time or before the deadline date and in good condition.
• Failure to return gear by the deadline would result in a $3 late fee per day overdue. 
• Your UCA records may be flagged if all gear checked-out is not returned on time and in good condition.
• Gear that is lost, broken, or damaged must be paid for at the replacement cost.
