Letters will indicate one of these:
STANDARD LICENSE ELIGIBILITY
- Your degree is pending for this semester’s graduation or has been awarded.
- You have an approved background check.
- You have passing score(s) for your Praxis subject assessment(s) on file.
- [Elementary and Special Education] You have a passing score for Foundations of Reading on file.
ONE-YEAR, NON-RENEWABLE PROVISIONAL LICENSE ELIGIBILITY
ELEMENTARY & SPECIAL EDUCATION ONLY
- Meet all requirements for the STANDARD LICENSE (above) except Foundations of Reading is not yet passed.
- Have a verifiable employment offer with an Arkansas public, charter school or an accredited Arkansas private school.
NOTE: A provisional license will only be issued AFTER you have a verified your employment with an Arkansas public school, public charter school, or accredited. Arkansas private school.
