Replacement Name Tag Request

Replacement name tags cost $5.00.  Pay for your replacement in the Technology Learning Center (Mashburn 102) and then bring the receipt to pick up your name tag.

You will receive information about picking up your name tag in the email sent to you when your name tag is ready.

  • Start with a "B" and then 8 digits. For example, B01234567
  • For all field experiences, choose "Student Intern."
