Dr. Phillip Bailey, Associate Vice President for Global Learning and Engagement, is also a tenured Full Professor of French in the School of Language and Literature. He began working at UCA in August 1993 and lives in Conway with his wife Marion.

B.A. French and Humanities, St. John’s University, Collegeville, MN (1985)

 

Main Responsibilities:
Oversight and direction of Center for Global Learning and Engagement.
Recruiting and admission of International Students
Working to develop partnerships around the world with other universities to support student mobility/study abroad and faculty exchanges
Promoting Global Learning on campus and coordinating the UCA COIL (Collaborative Online International Learning) initiative
