The University of Central Arkansas’s Culture and Language Immersion Camp, C.L.I.C, is a three-week cultural summer camp for college students from around the world to learn about American culture while improving their English skill. Participants will take part in cultural activities, field trips, play sports, shop, and have the opportunity to meet people from across the globe all while living on the beautiful campus of the University of Central Arkansas.

Participants will spend three hours in this scenic mountain setting. Tours of the waterfalls, mountain lodge, and river overlook will allow participants to admire the natural beauty of Arkansas, while learning about the history and culture of previous centuries.
Participants will spend two hours at the Library experiencing the history associated with the Presidency. Next students will tour the city by trolley with a guide who narrates different historical and cultural accounts of the city and its role within the state and the nation. Finally, students will tour the River Market observing local crafts and goods.
Participants will stay in UCA Hughes Residential College with other campers from around the world for the duration of their stay. A 24-hour kitchen, wi-fi access, vending machines, furnished lobby, laundry facilities, ice machine, card access system, and study lounges are all available for camp attendees.
