Utilizing chartered transportation to events is not required however highly recommended for events outside of Faulkner County.
To reserve a Bus or Enterprise Rental, RSOs need to complete the required paperwork with Physical Plant. Busses are reserved as first-come, first-served.
If using UCA transportation, a UCA Bus Conduct Agreement must be completed and uploaded to the RSO’s CubConnect portal prior to the event.
If using non-UCA Chartered transportation, a Non-UCA Bus Conduct Agreement must be completed and uploaded to the RSO’s CubConnect portal prior to the event.
UCA Physical Plant busses are the same that are used for Athletic Team travel. If your event is at the same time as an out of town athletic event, there is a chance that the busses will not be available.
