Sorority Houses

A New Home for UCA Sororities

The first phase of the UCA Greek Village project includes five (5) new two-story sorority houses on the north side of campus.  Three (3) sorority houses are located on Donaghey Avenue and the remaining two (2) on Augusta Avenue.  Each 10,400-sq.-ft. sorority residence houses 32 students in fourteen (14) double rooms and four (4) single rooms.  Each house is designed with the red brick Colonial Georgian architecture consistent with the rest of campus but have slight variations on the exteriors to maintain a sense of uniqueness.  These residences house more than 160 students and create an attractive gateway to the northeast corner of campus.

Below you will find architectural renderings of all five (5) sorority houses.  Even though the exteriors for each house are different, the interior layouts will all be the same.  Organizations have the option to upgrade some interior aspects of their houses through donations and/or fundraising.  The interior layout plans are available below and on the Greek Village Important Documents page.
