Academic Plan for Continuing Eligibility

Our records indicate that although you are not in compliance with the Federal Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) Policy, you met the terms of your prior federal financial aid academic plan. As such, you are eligible to continue to apply for federal financial aid for your next term of enrollment (assuming you meet all other eligibility criteria) under a new financial aid academic plan, if you choose to do so, fill the form out below to submit your new plan for financial aid to continue. Regardless of whether you apply for federal financial aid and/or submit a new academic plan, if you continue your enrollment at UCA, your academic progress will continue to be monitored. Failure to comply with the SAP policy for future enrollment without an academic plan will result in the loss of your ability to apply for federal financial aid or appeal.

It is critical that you meet the terms of your academic plan. If you do not meet the terms of your academic plan, you are not eligible to receive federal financial aid. You will regain the right to appeal after you have attempted at least six undergraduate or five graduate credit hours at UCA during one term with a "C" grade or higher in each course for undergraduates or a "B" grade or higher for graduate students. Please note, this means that although a minimum of half-time enrollment is required, you must complete all courses that you attempt for that semester with a “C” or higher for undergraduate students and a "B" or higher for graduate students.
