Checklist for Summer Registration Appointment:

Please bring the following documentation with you to your student’s Summer Orientation and Registration appointment.

UCA Acceptance Letter
Student’s Social Security Card
Student’s Birth Certificate
Student’s Immunization Records
Test Scores (ACT/SAT)
Accuplacer Exam Results (if needed)
Documentation for Concurrent Credit (official transcripts from the college or university where credit was awarded)
Documentation for AP Credit (official score report from The College Board)
Official Transcripts of any college classes your student has taken
