UCA Service-Learning faculty, partners, and students can use this form to nominate UCA students for annual service-learning awards. Award nominations are accepted on a rolling basis and due in early April for consideration for the academic year.

The Community Partner of the Year Award goes to a nonprofit or government agency that has actively participated in UCA's Service-Learning Program and has exhibited the following criteria: (1) Ongoing commitment to the academic and personal development of UCA students, (2) Collaboration with UCA students and faculty members on service-learning projects, (3) Concern for student development and learning outcomes, & (4) Advocacy for service-learning among other nonprofit and government agencies and within the community
