The standard UCA computers issued to faculty, staff, and labs contain a wide variety of software applications
IT maintains a large library of programs and applications for both macOS and Windows that are approved for installation on all UCA-owned computers through the self-service portals. Proper licensing is required for installation of programs on any UCA-owned computer and employees must maintain current and valid software licenses for any commercial software in use. Additionally, all employees are required to submit copies of licensing keys, installation media, and proof of purchase to IT for all non-standard software installations.
Below is a list of the current programs available for installation through the UCA Self-Service applications on macOS and Windows. Employees who would like to have a program added to the Approved Program List may submit a request via the Approved Software Request form.
Users must ensure they have proper licensing for their UCA-owned computer prior to installing any software from this list. If you do not see the software you need listed on this page, please visit the Approved Software Request form (you must be logged into your UCA Google Apps account to access the form) and submit a request to have it added to the Approved Software list.
