Welcome Upperclassmen! If you are a Sophomore, Junior, or Senior student enrolled at UCA, these are the options available for on-campus housing. Do note that housing is not guaranteed for upperclassmen students at UCA.
Bear Hall
Bear Hall is reserved primarily for sophomores in the Sophomore Year Experience program. Bear Hall will sponsor a number of educational and social programs. The resident assistants not only aid in day-to-day needs but offer programs to help the students in their overall development.

Bear Village Apartments
The Bear Village Apartments offer a two- bedroom apartment with a shared living space, bathrooms, and a kitchen. Four students are assigned to each apartment.

Donaghey Hall
Donaghey Hall is a four-story, mixed-used building. The top three floors are residential halls for upperclassmen. The first floor houses local businesses, such as 1907 Bread Company, Twisted Taco, Marble Slab Creamery, The Admissions Welcome Center, and a student makerspace.

The Erbach Apartments offer a two- bedroom apartment with a shared living space, two full bathrooms, and kitchen. There will be four students in every apartment.
