Spring Early Arrival to UCA

The Early Move-In Day for Spring 2027 is

January 10th – Check-in from 9 am to 5 pm


The Early Arrival form opens on November 30th at Noon and will close on January 7th at Noon.

You can find the Early Arrival form on my.uca.edu in your MyHousing Portal under the ‘My Room’ tab.

Early Arrival forms are automatically approved and do not require verification. Once you complete the form, you are able to arrive early on January 13th.

Meal Plan Notice: Meal Plans will not be available until January 13th. Please plan accordingly.

BearCard Notice: Please ensure that your BearCard Mobile is active and set up on your cell phone’s digital wallet. You will need it for door access.

Spring 2027 Early Arrival Rates

January 10th – Check-in from 9am to 5pm
Double Room rate: $75
Single Room rate: $99

The Early Arrival Request Deadline is January 7th at Noon.
Early Arrival requests can be made in the Housing portal (myUCA > My Housing > My Room > Early Arrival Request). Requests can be submitted beginning November 30th at Noon.

Group Early Arrival

All group directors (SOS team, athletic teams, RSOs, student staff, IEP students, Ambassadors, Student Associates/Peer Mentors) that require early arrival for Spring 2027 will need to complete this form in order to appropriately apply for Early Arrival for the Spring 2027 semester.

 

Only the Group Director needs to complete this form.
Students will apply through the Housing portal by going to myUCA > My Housing > My Room > Early Arrival Request.
