Greek Recruitment Information

Per university policy, eligibility for participating in the recruitment or membership intake process is limited to students in good standing.

  • All potential new members must be enrolled as full-time, undergraduate students. Full-time is defined as 12 hours for undergraduate students.
  • Entering freshmen must have a minimum 2.5 high school grade point average on their high school transcript.
  • Transfer students must have at least a 2.5 grade point average on all previous college course work. Transitional classes (also known as developmental courses) do not count toward this GPA requirement.
  • Current UCA students must have at least a 2.5 UCA grade point average.

Beyond this minimum standard established by the University, individual fraternity and sorority chapters and/or councils may have higher standards for eligibility.

All fraternity and sorority new members will be required to attend a new member orientation.
