The Business & Information Technology (BIT) Club is having its Fall Welcome Meeting and Kick-Off on Thursday, September 18th. The event, which will be held in the College of Business Auditorium (Rooms 107/208) during X-period (1:40 – 2:30 p.m.), is open to all majors on campus. Hannah Osborne, Information Technology Manager at HP, will be the featured speaker. Joining her from Hewlett-Packard Company will be Joyti Lal, who was President of the BIT Club last year. Joyti is a recent graduate of our College of Business and we are delighted to welcome her back to campus. Refreshments will be served and door prizes will be awarded. We will have a Mystery Guest Speaker deliver a few remarks and conduct Officer Elections for next year. In addition, we will discuss our upcoming field trip to the Dillard’s Data Center and Headquarters in Little Rock on Tuesday, April 15th.
