Please click here to add your direct deposit information following the steps below:

– Sign in to myUCA
***If you are a Student Worker/GA/RA, scroll down past Payroll info***
– Under ‘ACCOUNTS PAYABLE DEPOSIT‘, click ‘+Add New’
– Click ‘Create New’
– Enter your Bank Routing Number (click on ‘i’ to see an example of where this information is located on your check)
– Enter your Account Number (click on ‘i’ to see an example of where this information is located on your check)
– Select the appropriate account type, ie Checking or Savings
– Check the ‘I authorize’ box to authorize UCA to initiate deposits on your behalf
– Click ‘Save New Deposit’

AND YOU’RE ALL SET!!!

Change Your Direct Deposit Information

Please click here to update your direct deposit information following the steps below:

– Sign in to myUCA
***If you are a Student Worker/GA/RA, scroll down past Payroll info***
– Under ‘ACCOUNTS PAYABLE DEPOSIT‘, check the box next to the information you would like to change
– Click ‘-Delete’
– Click ‘Delete’ at top of screen to confirm
– Follow the steps above for ‘Sign Up’ (starting at 3rd step, ‘Create New’) to add new direct deposit information
