The final deadline for payment is:
Fall 2023 – Wednesday, August 23, 2023
Spring 2024 – Wednesday, January 10, 2024
May Intersession and Full Summer Term 2024 – Friday, May 10, 2024
Summer 1 and 10-Week Session 2024 – Friday, May 31, 2024
Summer 2 2024 – Friday, July 5, 2024
All tuition, fees, room, and board are due before the first scheduled class day for each semester. NOTE: Students must be prepared to pay from other resources if their financial aid is not ready for disbursement before classes start.
Your account is subject to a $25 monthly late payment fee if it is not paid in full or an approved UCA payment plan is not in place by the payment deadline.
Administration may drop you from your classes if payment is not complete, a payment plan is not in place, or financial aid is not in place by the 15th class day.
Fall Payment Plans
Payment plans for Fall may be set up through CASHNet second week of July (Should be set up NO LATER THAN day before classes start).
Set up before August 15 – 20% down payment; 20% due August 15, September 15, October 15, and November 15.
Set up before September 15 – 40% down payment; 20% due September 15, October 15, and November 15.
Set up before October 15 – 60% down payment; 20% due October 15 and November 15.
Spring Payment Plans
Payment plans for Spring may be set up through CASHNet first week of December (Should be set up NO LATER THAN day before classes start).
Set up before January 15 – 20% down payment; 20% due January 15, February 15, March 15, and April 15.
Set up before February 15 – 40% down payment; 20% due February 15, March 15, and April 15.
Set up before March 15 – 60% down payment; 20% due March 15 and April 15.
