At the University of Central Arkansas, Psi Chi brings together high-achieving students who are passionate about understanding human behavior and making a positive impact in their communities. Through research opportunities, service initiatives, leadership development, and professional networking, Psi Chi @ UCA helps students build the knowledge, skills, and experiences needed for success in graduate school and psychology-related careers.

As part of our commitment to applying psychology in service of self and society, Psi Chi @ UCA is proud to support and promote Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training opportunities. These monthly trainings equip students, faculty, and community members with the skills to recognize, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges. Participants gain practical, real-world tools for early identification and supportive intervention, while also contributing to the Christian Ladd Hall Scholarship for Mental Health Advocacy. Through this initiative, we are building a more informed, compassionate, and proactive campus and community.
