Fall Early Arrival to UCA
*Students assigned to The Edge Apartments
are not eligible for Early Arrival.*
The Early Arrival form opens on July 1st and will close on August 1st at noon. You can find the Early Arrival form on my.uca.edu in your MyHousing Portal under the ‘My Room’ tab.
Early Arrival forms are automatically approved and do not require verification; once you complete the form, you are able to arrive early on August 10th or 12th, 2025.

Group Early Arrival
All group directors (SOS team, athletic teams, RSOs, student staff, IEP students, Ambassadors, Student Associates/Peer Mentors) that require early arrival for the 2025-2026 Academic Year will need to complete this form in order to appropriately apply for Early Arrival for the Fall semester.
Only the Group Director needs to complete this form; students may apply through their MyHousing Portal on my.uca.edu
