Summer Housing Move In Dates:
May Intersession: Saturday, May 11th from 9am to 5pm
Summer I: Sunday, June 2nd from 9am to 5pm
Summer II: Sunday, July 7th from 9am to 5pm
Early Arrival to UCA
Early Move-In Day for Fall 2024 is August 11th from 9am to 5pm or August 13th from 12pm to 8pm at your respective hall or apartment complex.
The last day to request Early Arrival is August 2nd, 2024 at noon through the MyHousing portal on my.uca.edu.
Early Arrival Nightly Rates
Double Room rate: $23 per nightSingle Room rate: $30 per night

Group Early Arrival
All group directors (SOS team, athletic teams, RSOs, student staff, IEP students, Ambassadors, Student Associates/Peer Mentors) that require early arrival for the 2024-2025 Academic Year will need to complete this form in order to appropriately apply for Early Arrival for the Fall semester.
Only the Group Director needs to complete this form; students may apply through their MyHousing Portal on my.uca.edu
