Greek Village

Anchoring the northeast entrance of the university, Greek Village consists of eight chapter house and two NPHC complexes. These facilities are university owned and operated to provide save, modern, and comfortable living and learning environments for our fraternity and sorority members.

Sorority Houses

Five beautiful 10,000+ sq. ft. sorority houses line Donaghy Avenue and Augusta Avenue. Each house has 18 bedrooms, with space enough to accommodate 32 women. The houses also have a dedicated chapter room, a full kitchen, along with living, dining, and study spaces.

The first phase of the Greek Village project included five (5) two-story sorority houses on the north side of campus. Three (3) sorority houses are located on Donaghey Avenue and two (2) on Augusta Avenue. Each 10,400-sq.-ft. sorority residence houses 32 students in fourteen (14) double rooms and four (4) single rooms. Each house is designed with the red brick Colonial Georgian architecture consistent with the rest of campus but have slight variations on the exteriors to maintain a sense of uniqueness. These residences house more than 160 students and create an attractive gateway to the northeast corner of campus.

Fraternity Houses

On the east side of Donaghey Avenue sit three 7,300 sq. ft. fraternity houses. The 11 bedrooms are a combination of single and double living spaces creating the opportunity for 20 men to reside in each house. The full kitchen, living, dining, and study rooms, as well as a chapter meeting room make up the first floor. Each house also has a fenced in yard for programs and events.

Lining Donaghey Ave across from the sorority houses, each fraternity facility is 7,365 square feet with 11 bedrooms, a chapter room, study room, living and kitchen area as well as many other amenities for members. These structures are more than just brick and mortar. Current and future members can study, socialize, learn leadership skills, and create memories.
