The first phase of the Greek Village project included five (5) two-story sorority houses on the north side of campus. Three (3) sorority houses are located on Donaghey Avenue and two (2) on Augusta Avenue. Each 10,400-sq.-ft. sorority residence houses 32 students in fourteen (14) double rooms and four (4) single rooms. Each house is designed with the red brick Colonial Georgian architecture consistent with the rest of campus but have slight variations on the exteriors to maintain a sense of uniqueness. These residences house more than 160 students and create an attractive gateway to the northeast corner of campus.
