Qualifications
- A current master’s student in the Counseling Psychology or Mental Health Counseling program.
Reports To
- Director of Training (Tina Livingston)
Performance Responsibilities
Service Requirements
- Individual Counseling
- Crisis Intervention: Serve as on-call person 2-3 hours per week
- Personality Assessment: Administer and interpet personality tests with clients as necessary
Training Requirements
- Supervision: Individual Supervision 1 hour/week
- Staffing/Staff meetings: Attend/participate in weekly staff meetings or staffings
Administrative Requirements
- Clinical Records: Maintain clinical records in accordance with the Center’s procedures within 48 hours of session
- Evaluation: Complete/submit evaluation forms as assigned (e.g., supervision)
Additional and Optional Opportunities
- Training Seminars: Attend and participate in weekly seminars
- Research: Read and research the center’s resources and materials
- Group Counseling: Co-Lead a group
- Outreach Programming: Conduct programs/workshops
