The Counseling Center provides services for couples desiring premarital, marital, or relationship counseling. To receive couples counseling, each individual must complete Couples forms. Our Couples forms are not online, please come by the office or call 501-450-3138.
You may come by our office to complete the paperwork any time during business hours, without an appointment. If you choose to print the paperwork, please complete it and bring it to our office during business hours. Completed individuals paperwork must be hand delivered together to the Counseling Center located in Student Health Center, Suite 327.
