The Counseling Center provides services for couples desiring premarital, marital, or relationship counseling. To receive couples counseling, each individual must complete Couples forms. Our Couples forms are now online.
You may come by our office to complete the paperwork any time during business hours, without an appointment. If you choose to print the paperwork, please complete it and bring it to our office during business hours.
