ATOM Scholars

 

The ATOM Scholars program aims to support academically talented students who demonstrate financial need (Pell grant eligible) and intend to graduate with an undergraduate degree in chemistry or biochemistry from the University of Central Arkansas (UCA). ATOM Scholars will receive scholarships up to $10,000 annually for up to four years, in addition to mentoring, academic support and professional development opportunities.

Eligibility:

  • U.S. Citizen or permanent resident
  • Federal Pell grant eligible as determined by the 2021/2022 FAFSA
  • High School GPA of at least 3.0
  • UCA Freshman starting Fall 2021
  • Intend to graduate with a degree in chemistry or biochemistry from UCA (includes pre-pharmacy, pre-dentistry, and pre-med)

Applications due March 1st, 2021.

Women and students from underrepresented groups
