Katelyn Trammell, Anthropology
My experience within the College of Liberal Arts has given me the opportunity to pursue my dream career. The Anthropology Department has taught me how to understand other complex cultures, while the History Department has continually encouraged me to analyze history using multiple narratives. Both of my internships were organized through the help of Dr. Kim Little in the History Department. My most recent internship at the Faulkner County Museum became a paid position after my internship ended. Thanks to the experience I have gained over the past two years of working with the museum, I was accepted into the Master’s program in Museum Studies at the University of Kansas.
