Transferring to UCA my sophomore year to play football was a life-changing decision. Since then, I’ve obtained my bachelor’s degree in accounting and am now working toward my Master’s in Business Administration. Achieving that while being a student-athlete was made possible by the athletics program and my professors working with me every step of the way. I’ve also been able to get involved in the community with the Read to Succeed program where we travel to different elementary schools around town to teach to the kids and give out books.
Beyond campus and all it has to offer, I love the city of Conway. It’s got a small town feel but still has a lot of the options of a bigger city. The parks are always pretty and there are tons of places go out and eat with friends. Another of my favorite things about UCA is the people. Out of the classroom and off the field, it’s always easy to find a group that wants to go play disc golf, sand volleyball, or head over to Paintball Arkansas. I’m proud to be a UCA Bear!
