The Emergency Operations Plan (EOP) for the University of Central Arkansas is intended to provide a framework within which to structure the response and resources of the University to an emergency incident affecting the University. The comprehensive Emergency Operations Plan is activated when an emergency affecting the University reaches proportions that cannot be handled by established measures. This emergency may be sudden and unforeseen, or there may be varying periods of warning. Both this EOP and the larger, more robust Emergency Management Plan are intended to be sufficiently flexible to accommodate contingencies of all types, magnitude and duration.
