Post-Master’s Certificate and 2nd MSN Degree Options

The UCA School of Nursing offers master’s prepared nurses options to change their career focus. Graduate nurses who already have a graduate degree in Nursing have two options: (1) a second master’s degree and (2) a post-master’s certificate. A minimum of thirty credit hours are required for a second MSN degree. A minimum of twelve credit hours are required for a post-master’s certificate.

Applicants can apply for the Nurse Educator PMC track or nurses who are certified and licensed as an APRN, Nurse Practitioner can seek a PMC in Family.
