Applicants will receive an offer by email and have 48 hours to accept the offer. Acceptance emails should be sent to nursingadmissions@uca.edu.
The School of Nursing requirements to begin coursework are:
- Background check with favorable results
- Complete a urine drug screen with favorable results
- Provide proof of required immunizations
- Provide proof of health insurance coverage
- Complete Child Abuse Registry Check results
- Complete Elder Abuse training
- Provide proof of HIPPA and Infection Control training
- Other requirements based upon clinical agency contracts
If any of the above requirements are not completed before classes start, students will be dropped from course enrollment.
Program orientation will occur the Monday of the week courses begin.
