What to Expect on Move-In Day
STEP 1: Determine your room location.
You can view your room assignment by going to my.uca.edu in your MyHousing Portal, under the ‘My Room’ tab. Once you have identified your room assignment, locate your housing option on the below campus map.

STEP 2: Pack wisely.
All of your belongings should be boxed/bagged and tagged. Please make every effort to organize your belongings in boxes, plastic bins, or trash bags and label them with your first and last name, your hall/apartment name, and room number. This helps ensure that your belongings can be identified if they are misplaced during your move-in process. Also make sure to review this suggested packing list that includes items you should not bring to your on-campus room.
STEP 3: Identify where the check-in location will be for your hall or apartment.
Not all move-in day check-in locations are where you would assume they will be. Below are the upperclassmen hall/apartment check-in locations to receive your key and be checked in.
- The Donaghey Hall check-in will be at the Donaghey Hall Office on the 2nd floor of Donaghey Hall to the right off the elevator.
- The Bear Village check-in will be at the Village Den located at 2095 Moix Blvd.
- The Oaks Complex (Erbach, Georgetown, Oak Tree, & Torreyson Apartments) check-in will be at the Oaks office located in the Torreyson Apartment #14.
- The Stadium Park check-in will be at the Stadium Park Office located by the laundry room in the center of the complex.
- The Edge Apartments check-in will be at The Edge Apartment Office located by the pool in the center of the complex.
- The Greek Village and the 425 House check-in will be at the office located at 439 Western Ave, Conway, AR 72034.
STEP 4: Check-In to Housing.
Arrive to your assigned residence hall or apartment and locate the check-in location. You will need to go to the check-in location of your hall/apartment and connect with the Housing & Residence Life Staff to be checked in with the QR code emailed to you in August, receive your key, as well as important information regarding your Room/Apartment Condition Report (RCR or ACR).
STEP 5: Move In!
Once you have checked into your residence hall or apartment and have received your key, you are ready to move in! We ask that you be respectful of the space and other residents that will also be moving in.
