Interested in leading a UCA Education Abroad program?

UCA offers a variety of short-term Faculty-Led Education Abroad programs, as well as, Language Immersion programs each year. Typically lasting 10 days to one month, these programs offer UCA courses taught by faculty who travel with students and teach the course(s) to students abroad.

Faculty interested in proposing a program are encouraged to meet with Office of Education Abroad to discuss plans prior to the proposal deadline. Contact Alexandra Depner, Director of Education Abroad at adepner1@uca.edu to schedule a meeting.

Faculty proposing programs for the first time:

Submit Abstract: Short Term Study Abroad Programs. Only one form should be submitted per program.

Submit Short-Term Study Abroad Program Faculty Approval Form. Each participating faculty member should submit a form. 

 Faculty proposing programs for the first time:

Individual meetings held with Office of Education Abroad and approval recieved to move forward with full proposal process.

Programs receive full approval and published online for recruitment.
Each faculty leader will complete a program survey, a TR-1, and participate in an exit meeting.
