We are currently accepting proposals from programs taking place between March 2026 and January 2027.
Faculty proposing a returning program should be aware of the following phases of the proposal process:
PHASE I (to be completed by April 1st)
- May attend a “Faculty Info Session: Leading an Education Abroad Program.”
- Thursday, Feb. 13th during X-period (1:40-2:30 pm) – REGISTER HERE
- Monday, Feb. 17th from 3-4 pm – REGISTER HERE
- Submit Short-Term Program Details form including the following:
- Itinerary (Please use this template whenever possible.)
- Course Syllabi
- Submit signed Short Term Study Abroad Faculty Approval Form*
- Complete Faculty Data Form*
- Read and sign Faculty Guidelines*
*Each faculty member must submit this form individually.

PHASE II (Mid-Late April)
- Meet with Office of Education Abroad staff to make budgeting decisions.
