Selection Procedures
All students who are interested in an internship, graduate assistant, or practicum position at the Counseling Center must be currently enrolled in the UCA Psychology and Counseling program and have completed their Process and Skills course. Further, intern applicants must have all departmental requirements for the internship.
Interested students must complete and submit an application. The Counseling Center will be accepting applications beginning Monday February 17, 2025 through Friday March 7, 2025 to be considered for the Fall Semester 2025. Interviews will be conducted beginning Monday March 10, 2025 through Friday March 21, 2025 by the Counseling Center staff.
