ABOUT LAINEY:
Lainey Morrow is a communication and project management professional with over 20 years of experience. She has worked in non-profit, small business, and corporate sectors as well as in state and federal government. She joined the COB Dean’s Office in 2021 as the Communications & Project Coordinator.
Both Lainey and her husband are proud graduates of the University of Central Arkansas. Lainey earned her Bachelor of Arts in writing in 2004 and her Master of Business Administration in 2025.
For the UCA College of Business, Lainey manages external communications, projects, and events, and she coordinates the COB Student Ambassador Program. Her skills include communication strategy, social media strategy, web development, press relations, graphic design, photography, video production, and project management. Lainey is also an adjunct instructor of Business Communications (MGMT 2301) this semester.
