This position is primarily a software developer working with a senior-level experienced software developer to build SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) packages for the Arkansas Higher Education Information System (AHEIS). AHEIS is a mature data system holding over 27 years of data submitted to ADHE by all Arkansas colleges and universities. A desire to learn and willingness to improve one’s skillset is necessary. Maintaining good communication with team members and stakeholders is critical. Other skills include:
- MSSQL T-SQL, stored procedures, indexes, joins, functions, data types
- Knowledge of C# or similar language
- Familiarity with Visual Studio and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)
- SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) experience would be fantastic
- A desire to work as a team and follow management’s lead
