Conway Behavioral Health (Conway) • Controller (Corporate Accounting)
Responsible for the direction of the facility’s financial services including general accounting, payroll, budgeting and all other aspects of the facility’s accounting department. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA and/or master’s level degree preferred; 5 years’ of job related experience preferably in a health care setting; strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact effectively with administrative and clinical personnel, as well as other staff; good organizational, problem solving, and time management skills; must be able to work well under pressure; must be able to function independently; professionalism and confidentiality are required.
