Check Your BearCard Balances
- Download the Transact eAccounts app. If you have BearCard Mobile, the balance shows up each time it is used.
- Online by visiting our Add Money Online/eAccounts page.
- Automatic Deposit Machine (ADM) in Torreyson Library and Student Center Banking Center.
- Any Aramark register, ask the cashier for your balance or your sales receipt shows the balance of the account used.
- BearCard office by coming by the office located at Student Center Suite 104 or call us at 501-450-5818 or email bearcard@uca.edu.
Review Your Transaction History
You can review your history and add more money to your BearBucks account by viewing the eAccounts app or viewing it through a web browser, or you can contact the Bear Card office.

You can also come by the office located in the Student Center Suite 104 Monday – Friday from 8 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.
How To Deactivate Your BearCard
If you suspect your card to be lost or stolen, visit our office in the Student Center Suite 104 or call us at 501-450-5818 during hours of operation.
Please note that if a card is lost or stolen, the cardholder is responsible for unauthorized account purchases until the card is reported as lost or stolen to the Bear Card office or the University of Central Arkansas Police Department. Once the card is reported as lost or stolen, the card (and its associated account) will be deactivated.
