**2018-2019 Academic Scholarship Upgrades** Students who are awarded an academic scholarship for the 2018-2019 academic year based on the priority deadline of December 15, 2017, must accept the award they have been offered by February 15, 2018 to avoid forfeiture of the scholarship. Students who are awarded based on that priority deadline, who in turn receive a higher composite ACT/SAT score on a test taken no later than December 2017, and submit that test score to the Admissions office by the final deadline of February 15, 2018 will automatically be upgraded to reflect the higher ACT/SAT. These upgrades will be awarded after the priority deadline date of December 15, 2017 but no later than the final deadline date of February 15, 2018.

**If you are an out-of-state student who has received the UCA Out of State Distinguished scholarship, and you also receive any Arkansas state funds, your UCA award will automatically be converted to the in-state Distinguished Scholarship amount of $4,250/semester. Academic scholarships apply to charges for in-state tuition, mandatory fees, and room and board charges that are directly applied to your account by the University.
