Dr. Rachelle Miller is a Professor in the Department of Teaching and Learning at the University of Central Arkansas. She serves as the Program Coordinator for both the Gifted Education Program and the Advanced Studies in Teacher Leadership Program. Her scholarship centers on teacher education, gifted education, arts integration, culturally responsive pedagogy, and teacher self-efficacy. She is deeply committed to advancing research-based and inclusive practices that prepare educators to meet the diverse needs of all learners. Dr. Miller earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education (K–8) from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, a Master’s degree in Gifted Education from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from Purdue University.
