UCA Service-Learning faculty, partners, and students can use this form to nominate UCA students for annual service-learning awards. Award nominations are accepted on a rolling basis and due in early April for consideration for the academic year.

Faculty Award Criteria: (1) Meaningful integration of the service experience with course content (structure of the service experience, selection of community partners, use of critical reflection) Consideration of, and ongoing commitment to, the needs of community partner(s) (2) Impact of community partnership(s) at UCA or in the local community (3) Involvement in service-learning activities and active participation on and off campus (4) Fostering reciprocal partnership(s) with community service-learning partner(s) (5) Advocating for service-learning on campus and in one's academic department (6) Enhancing higher education's contribution to the public good
