Commencement ceremonies are celebrations in the life of the university. Faculty and staff play a critical role in the education and growth of our students and contribute to their success. So we encourage all faculty and staff to continue and support their students by participating in the commencement ceremonies.
Faculty and staff participants are required to wear appropriate academic regalia. Academic regalia may be purchased through the UCA Bookstore.
Faculty and staff that were selected as Marshals need to report 45 minutes before the ceremony to the check-in location before lining up among the graduates. If marshals change due to illness, change of plans, etc., it is up to the department to contact the Graduation Coordinator, Travis Johnson, at tjohnson56@uca.edu with the substitute marshal’s name.
UCA will offer a shuttle service for the Friday, May 5 4 p.m. ceremony. Details will be provided soon.
