I have competed my PhD from the Pennsylvania State University (Aug 2016, commencement is this weekend) and I am about to start a “Postdoctoral Research Fellow” position in cosmology at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
My research focus during my graduate study was in early universe cosmology—in particular studying the imprints of possible small deviations from Gaussian statistics of primordial density fluctuation (these are called primordial non-Gaussianities) in the cosmic microwave background and the large-scale structure of the Universe. While I plan to continue working on these topics in the future, I am also looking to work on new topics in cosmology that I find interesting.
I am very happy to update you about this news and am extremely grateful for the support of the Physics department during my four years at UCA.
