PHYS 2411 – College Astronomy or PHYS 2430 – College Physics III
or PHYS 2443 – University Physics III

  • Math Courses:

MATH 1390 – College Algebra ACTS: MATH1103 ]
and MATH 1392 – Plane Trigonometry, ACTS: MATH1203 ]
or MATH 1580 – Algebra and Trigonometry, or equivalent.

*Three upper-division hours in physics or chemistry are required to meet the general requirement for a minor.

**Physics courses that may not be used to satisfy the Physical Science minor are PHYS 1400 Physical Science for General Education, PHYS 1401 Descriptive Astronomy, and PHYS 1405 Applied Physics for the Health Sciences.
