Outgoing NSE Students
While Away
- The student has the responsibility to send an official transcript to the UCA Office of the Registrar after the add/drop date.
- The student has the responsibility to send a screenshot of the official schedule to the NSE Coordinator after the add/drop date.
Upon Return
- The student has the responsibility to check that the credit from the semester with NSE is reflected correctly for coursework on the UCA transcript.
- For student receiving the AR Academic Challenge Scholarship: If a student receives the Arkansas Academic Challenge Scholarship, the student must request that an official transcript reflecting credit be sent to ADHE from the Office of the Registrar in order to maintain the scholarship.
