Kirsten Davis, LPC, joined the counseling center team in 2022. Kirsten obtained her Bachelor of Science in Psychology degree in 2016 and her Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling in 2020, both from the University of Central Arkansas. In addition to the counseling center, Kirsten has clinical experience in private practice and a community jail setting.

Kirsten uses an integrative approach tailored to clients’ needs based on psychodynamic, humanistic, cognitive-behavioral, and systems-conscious therapy. She also uses concepts from dialectical behavior therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy. Kirsten has training in working with personality disorders and OCD, and also enjoys working with LGBTQ+ issues, anxiety, identity development, and strained family relationships.
