Jason Carter

Jason Carter is a 7-year employee with Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield and is the Manager of Talent Acquisition. He and his team of 9 are responsible for bringing in top talent to the enterprise. He also provides oversight of the college recruiting and summer internship programs. Jason has over 15 years of experience in human resources. He earned his master’s degree in human resource management in 2017 and is a former Air Force Captain. He resides in Bee Branch with his wife, Sheila. Together they have 4 kids, one of which is currently attending UCA on a football scholarship and they love cheering on the bears. Jason enjoys just about anything that has to do with being in the great outdoors.
