Harvesting Change/Cosechando Cambio celebrates the spirit of the Latin American
community and their unwavering commitment to building a better life for themselves and
their families. As a vital part of the United States’ social and economic landscape, Latin
Americans have profoundly influenced various sectors, including agriculture,
construction, manufacturing, and service industries. In Arkansas, their contributions are
particularly evident in the factories where they work tirelessly, providing essential
sustenance for households everywhere. This exhibition highlights the diverse stories,
journeys, and aspirations of our community, shining a light on their hopes and dreams
for a brighter future.
