Mackenzie applied for and was selected by faculty to attend a two week workshop at the Penland School of Art this summer. The UCA Department of Art and Design applied and was selected for a summer 2022 partnership with Penland allowing Mackenzie to take part in a fully funded two week workshop titled “All-You-Can Eat Letterpress Smorgasbord,” a print and letterpress workshop, with artists Chandler O’Leary and Jessica Spring.
